At Inner Form™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from our store.

All orders are processed within 8–11 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Method

Inner Form ships orders using Aramex Store To Door.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by Aramex for delivery to the address provided during checkout.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Courier operations
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes

These delivery estimates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Inner Form is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, unforeseen logistical issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

This includes delays caused by the courier network or operational disruptions.

However, if your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment with the courier.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Inner Form is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Additional courier fees may apply if a shipment needs to be redirected or re-delivered.


6. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information from the courier.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier service and may take time to appear after dispatch.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Inner Form is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the courier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
